Pop Kaun Hotstar: Bollywood Star Satish Kaushik marks his digital debut with Disney plus Hotstar for the latest series Pop Kaun. Satish Kaushik is one of the most loved YouTubers in India, and his comedy channel ‘BB ki Vines’ has over 25 million subscribers. He is also a singer, songwriter and writer. He plays multiple characters in his videos like Banchoddas, Sameer Fuddi, Titu Mama, Bablu, Janki, Mrs Verma, Adrak Baba, Mr Hola, Papa Maakichu and Detective Mangloo.

Hotstar Web series story

The series will stream on Disney+Hotstar and the star cast has started filming for the show. Apart from Satish Kaushik, the web series also stars Shriya Pilgaonkar, Prathmesh Parab and Deven Bhojani and it is directed by Himank Gaur.

Pop Kaun had earlier revealed that the lead character Vasya has certain powers that alleviate his social standing. He said there is emotion, action, and comedy to see and enjoy in the series, which is an entirely new role he has taken up by himself.

Speaking about the show, Bhuvam, who is also co-directing it, said in a statement, “Pop Kaun is a complete entertainer with elements of action, drama and romance. The show captures the ups and downs of human wishes and wants. This is also my digital debut with Disney+ Hotstar, which is a special feeling in itself and the love I have received for this is unimaginable, especially from my co-stars. We have worked with all our hearts to bring this story to life and all I can say is viewers can expect anything and everything from this show.”

Pop Kaun will start streaming from 17 March on Disney Plus Hotstar.
